Here in the Northeast Nebraskaarea average home prices run between $95-$120 persquare foot for bungalows and older, smaller ranchstyle homes. Somewhat newer homes will likely run$115 to $130 per sq. ft. on average. New construc-tion pretty much starts at $150 per sq. ft. on up.The good news right now is that mortgage rates areonce again down near record lows for 30 or 15 yearloans.
